KM 26 SEALER - Water based sealant for blue and yellow passivates on zinc and zinc alloy coatings
Applications:

• KM 26 Sealer is a water based sealant specially formulated for the use with Trivalent Blue and Yellow Passivation on zinc and zinc alloy coatings.

Advantages:

• KM 26 Sealer is applied by using a simple immersion after the passivation and will form a thin film on the surface, with good resistance to corrosion. The appearance is a pale iridescent when applied over a yellow passivate and colourless over a blue passivate.
• Best corrosion results are obtained using with Kemia’s blue Zn 1508 / ZN 1506 and yellow Zn 1575 passivates. The product is non-toxic and can be installed as the final stages on any plating line.
• KM 26 Sealer films also have good tolerance to thermal shock baking at 120 deg C for one hour and without significant loss of corrosion resistance.
